Ansomatic
What is Ansomatic?
Ansomatic is an operator guidance and control system designed to digitize work instructions, adapt them to the operator's needs and improve accuracy in manual tasks. Its solutions help reduce errors, increase quality and facilitate on-the-job training.
Ansomatic consists of several key elements that combine software, hardware and advanced technologies to guide and monitor operators' manual tasks. These are the main components:
Digital Instruction Software: enables the creation and management of step-by-step instructions, accessible from devices such as PCs, mobiles and tablets. These instructions are customized according to the user's skill level and profile, and can be projected to facilitate real-time training.
- Augmented Reality (AR) Projection: uses projectors to display instructions directly on the work surface, guiding operators through clear visuals. This feature helps avoid errors by providing instructions in the exact context where they are to be applied.
- Mobile App: Ansomatic's app for Android devices allows operators to scan barcodes, take photos and send feedback in real time, offering a portable and affordable alternative to traditional scanners.
- Machine Vision and Sensor Systems: Cameras and sensors verify the position of objects and operator actions, validating each step of the process. This technology can also block incorrect operations, ensuring that only the correct steps are performed.
- Stream Deck (Control Panel): A compact and robust input device, ideal for industrial environments. This panel allows operators to interact with instructions (navigate between steps, confirm actions) without the need for touch screens, which is useful in environments where gloves are worn.
- Performance Analysis: Ansomatic's system collects data from each operator generating real-time reports to identify errors and generate key metrics (KPIs). This helps companies understand where they can improve in terms of training and efficiency.
This set of elements enables complete integration of hardware and software to increase accuracy, facilitate training and improve quality in complex manufacturing processes.
