Cognex 3D scanners are factory-calibrated and include Cognex designer software, the VC5 controller, globally recognized 2D and 3D vision tools and the PatMax®, IDMax® and OCRMax™ algorithms.

They have a compact design with IP65 protection level, resistant to the most demanding industrial environments. Combined with unique field calibration technology, Cognex 3D vision offers highly accurate data, despite movement or mechanical mounting errors, and enables the simultaneous use of multiple sensors to generate high-resolution 3D images.
